Last March in Chile, while on our great South American Trout Expedition, my friend Mike and I were fascinated by the bees that would come in and cut out a chunk of meat to take away. They would land and cut out a hole-punch-size piece of meat, tuck it up under the thorax and abdomen and lift off like a heavily-laden helicopter. This occurred every day during our shore lunch. So cool.
