Check this out. There is a bridge that spans a tributary that feeds into the Willimantic River in CT (rest stop off of I84). High Water makes the bridge a necessity, but has also, at times, pushed the bridge down stream to the I84 abutment. Well, the CFFA folks go and retrieve the bridge, float it back up stream and reinstall. That is what is happening in this small photo sequence.
