More On Fracking

I just heard that the New York DEC is going to grant licenses for the drilling for gas in the Catskill area. The method used is called hydrofracking. Basically they drill deep holes into the ground and inject millions of gallons of water taken from beautiful, fish-filled waters. The water pushes the natural gas up and it's collected. The highly polluted water, filled with all kinds of pollutants is dumped back and will destroy wildlife and the environment. I hope these plans fail and corporate America doesn't have a chance to ruin another part of our planet. I sure do like to fish and be able to amble in the woods.
